What if Churches approached conflict prevention like pre-marital counseling?
The same ingredients that form marital conflict or any relational conflict are present in every non-profit and religious organization. Our greatest challenge is our assumption that because we love God that we are well equipped to handle these conflicts when they occur rather than anticipating and having a plan in advance of them.

Our mission is to prevent conflict that results in destructive behaviors and damages the effectiveness of the Gospel. We provide coaching, training, and conciliation when needed for organizations to promote healthy communication, healing, and reconciliation with leaders and organizational members.
